I offer 1:1 sessions in Vancouver’s Westend near Stanley Park, as well as globally via Skype.
What does a 1:1 session look like?
The first session is complimentary and is a place to discuss how you can benefit from this work, and if it is a fit.
Following sessions are based on your needs and focus is on having you leave with an immediate tool box and a transformation in distorted thinking patterns that that are having an effect on your daily life. Meditation, EFT, Dialogue, creating boundaries, food planning, anxiety and stress reduction, and Cognitive Behavioral Strategies, are used though out the session as needed.
* Skype sessions function very similarly and offer you the opportunity to complete the session in the comfort of your own home.
